Habib Bank Limited provides safe deposit locker facilities at selected branches for customers who want to keep valuables such as jewelry, documents, and cash in a secure environment.
Just Like Meezan Bank Lockers, HBL offers different types of lockers including standard lockers and premium “Prestige” digital lockers, with charges varying according to size and service level.
For regular lockers, annual rent is charged in advance and depends on locker size, while a refundable security deposit and key deposit are also required at the time of issuance.
HBL Locker Charges:
In premium and semi-digital lockers, annual rent typically ranges around Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 20,000 for medium to large sizes, along with security deposits starting from about Rs. 35,000 to Rs. 50,000.
For fully automated Prestige lockers, which offer 24/7 access and advanced biometric security, annual rent is higher, ranging approximately from Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 50,000 depending on size, with refundable key deposits between Rs. 60,000 and Rs. 100,000.
In addition to these charges, HBL applies a late payment fee of about 10% of annual rent after the due date and locker breaking charges can go up to Rs. 20,000–50,000 if the key is lost or locker access is forced.
